The layout of the hostel was great, with an international restaurant serving both Western and Vietnamese food. The private room I stayed in was spacious with a large bathroom.
There were some cleanliness issues with suspicious marks on the bedding and holes in the bathroom walls that allowed mosquitoes in.

The hosts were absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The private room with AC was a game-changer. The younger staff members were helpful and spoke English well. The husband and wife team were kind and even used Google Translate to have funny conversations. They were understanding and let me switch to a scooter after my motorbike accident. The food was delicious and they helped me book my bus back to Hanoi. The bungalow was beautiful, clean, and felt brand new. The shuttle service, free storage, and laundry service were so convenient. The common area was spacious and comfortable. The staff provided excellent customer service. The tour with Nam and Ang was safe and fun. Mr. Bean was super nice and helpful. The bungalow was great value for money.

The location of the hotel was great, situated away from the busy main road, offering a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The rooms were beautifully decorated, especially the bamboo rooms, with comfortable beds and quality bedding. The staff were very helpful and arranged a tour for us at a good price. We were also impressed with the easy rider guide who took us to good homestays and introduced us to delicious local food.
That the hotel was quite far from town, making it difficult to explore the surrounding area and enjoy scenic views as we had hoped. the pool was small and not very useful, and the water was cold.

The layout of the hostel was great, with a pool table for entertainment in the evenings. The private room I stayed in was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a big bathroom. They managed to resolve a problem with a missed transfer and made sure we were taken care of.
There was a small incident involving a tour payment issue and one of the employees. It seemed like there may have been some miscommunication or dissatisfaction within the team, which was unfortunate to witness.
